A LONG LIFE STAINLESS STEEL CHAIN “MEGA CHAIN”

 

INTRODUCTION :

After a long research and development, we present "MEGA Chains", a whole new concept, new revolution and design on roller chains. Specification of MEGA Chains is design accordingly to International standard, can apply to all type of sprockets. MEGA Chain design and concept are suitable for all type of material for example, carbon steel, stainless steel and etc. At MING CHANG current stage of planning and developing project, stainless steel had been placed on priority.

The reason for choosing the SUS 304 series material, it is an excellent corrosion resistance and is the most popular series and is widely used in food, chemical and etc. Current existing stainless steel chain (SUS 304) had a lot of technical problem that so far not a single chain manufacture had overcome problems of “Elongation, Wearing, Pin Push Out, Bush Push Out” on 304 Stainless Steel Chains etc problem. Instead, they used different type of material such as SUS600, SUS316 or SUS400, which are very high cost. But imagine by using the same SUS304 material, MEGA Chain can deliver the result that current SUS 304 chain cannot deliver. MEGA Chains help to extend the life span of the machinery
reduce the maintenance time and increase the production efficiency, and most important is helping you to save cost.

STRUCTURE :

Structure of outer & inner plate which locked on to each other will increase the tensile strength. Due to the "lock on" between the outer plate and inner plate this will divided the shear stress especially on heavy load or tough environment
